How to Let Go of Fear: Creating a New Pattern
Fear shapes the way we experience the world. It can be a disruptive force—like glass shattering in the midst of a beautiful scene. The air stills. What could have been is now lost. Left in its place are scattered shards of danger, each demanding attention. A path that once was, exists no more.
Fear can do this to our lives.
But there is something we can do. We can learn a new pattern—one that gathers the scattered pieces of our Self and restores sovereignty, safety, and choice.
I come to you not with an idea, but with a tangible process you can use.
Within each of us, there is more than one mind. There is the mind that thinks, the mind that feels, and the mind that craves—each operating from a distinct center of awareness: the brain, the gut, and the heart.
And beyond these, there exists an even deeper source of knowing—one that transcends rational thought, fear, or desire. A superconscious connection, granting access to an awareness beyond the constraints of our current reality. It is the part of us that holds space for our individual and sovereign journey, while maintaining a direct connection to the whole of Creation.
Today we explore an understanding that helps unify these three separate awareness centers so they can work in harmony. When our thoughts, in tandem with what we feel, hold space for what we truly desire, we take the first step toward wholeness. And begin reconnecting to greater consciousness.
Step One: “Yes, I choose to naturally feel good.”
The understanding of this first step continues to evolve in ways I could not have comprehended when it first came to me. It is one simple yet incredibly structured goal: to align all areas of awareness and all aspects of life within a single sentence.
“Yes, I choose to naturally feel good.”
“Yes” is an alignment of willing openness to what is about to become.
“I choose” is a statement of Self sovereignty.
“Feel good” is the simple yet profound goal, capable of restructuring every aspect of our life.
“Naturally” is how this goal will be realized.
“Yes, I choose to naturally feel good.”
We have been raised in a system that actively suppresses our natural instincts and intuition. From an early age, we are placed in classrooms, required to sit still and focus on one individual. And day by day, we are systematically taught to ignore our innocent and innate cravings. Those little signals asking us to know and express who we are.
We are not allowed to speak with our friends, wiggle, stretch, or release the abundant energy coursing through our veins. We can’t relieve ourselves when nature calls, eat when our gut rumbles, or curiously lean in with wonder to whatever it is our heart craves. Instead, we are taught that when we do, we have done something bad.
Our ability to choose from a naturally intuitive space has been silenced, if not taken away. But with practice, we can reclaim this ability—learning to hear our own knowing again, trusting it, and allowing it to guide us forward.
Was a system to silence us put in place intentionally? I don’t know. But does it really matter? Because humanity as a whole is forever more powerful than the machinations of any group.
Yes, the systems need to change. But we cannot change it using the same mindset or framework society currently has in place. We must change as individuals first, standing strong in our ability to naturally feel good.
A Moment of Transparency
I have come to recognize my Self as the most Selfish person in the world. Why? Because I want, no I crave a life where everyone around me is happy. In my most Selfish state I see a world where everyone is fed, communities thrive, and all the needs for survival are no longer considered a privilege. Mothers and fathers have time for their children, education flows with curiosity, and people aren’t stuck to one job as though it defines them.
And the best part about this Selfish craving… it is absolutely possible. With the advent of AI and so many other incredible advancements, this vision can become a reality. And I am here to share and hold space until it does.
Each individual has the ability to know and appreciate their own beautifully Selfish Self—through the eyes of Creation. To explore their essence, to embrace their natural gifts. To know their Self not as a reflection of societal structures, but as a sovereign being—one who chooses, rather than conforms.

Good is not just a word. It is a destination.
Bringing it Together
Fear is not something to overcome; it is something to be understood. We can never conquer fear, but we can befriend it. We can welcome it into our lives as a natural signal that we want to live—a signal leading us to our own special connection to Creation. Nothing more. Nothing less.
As we reintegrate the messages from our gut, heart, and brain, we calibrate to our uniquely personal truth. The mind stops chasing the opinions of others, no longer grasping at scattered fragments of data that may or may not hold truth. Instead, it turns inward, aligning with the quiet knowing that has always been there.
This is where clarity lives. This is where we find our way. This is where we begin.
